Lansing encourages all associates to support the Lansing Foundation and become involved in their communities, lending their volunteer efforts to causes and programs that make a positive impact in the lives of others. Every associate may take up to 16 hours of paid time off each calendar year to participate in volunteer opportunities for non-profit organizations.
In April, the Lansing Foundation kicked off our “I Stand With” Campaign, encouraging associates to get involved with the charities or organizations that personally connect with them.
Associates are encouraged to:
- Select a volunteer opportunity
- Be engaged and Make a Positive Impact
- Share their experiences with the Foundation by filling out your “I Stand With” card and take a photo
